The Impressions Menu

Infini’s 8-course Impressions Menu is a vibrant evolution of the tasting journey, blending local produce with refined global techniques. It honors Aruba’s culinary identity while deepening the restaurant’s commitment to sustainability. Thoughtfully sourced ingredients from local farmers and artisans appear in each course—bringing the island’s flavors to the forefront.

A Chef’s Table Experience

• One Seating Nightly – Monday through Saturday, with doors opening for the chef’s bar at 7:00 PM.
• Interactive Dining – The chefs personally serve and explain each course, guiding you through an intentional progression of flavors.
• Changing Menu – Proteins from land and sea, seasonal produce, seeds, fruits, nuts, and grains compose the menu with frequent updates.
• Dietary Requests – Certain allergies and dietary needs can be accommodated with 48 hours’ notice via email.
