Compare stroller and wagon rentals

Single stroller rentals

One baby or toddler usually needs one seat. The difference is weight, wheels and whether you also need a car seat.

Lightweight stroller, from $9/day

Best for resorts, shops and short walks. These fold more easily into a taxi or a small rental car. Small wheels are a poor match for uneven ground and soft sand. Useful around Palm Beach paths, Oranjestad and restaurant terraces.

Single jogging stroller, from $18/day

Best for longer walks on paved paths. Larger wheels and a heavier frame are the point. A jogging-style name does not mean the model is safe to run with, and larger wheels still sink in loose sand. Read the listing before you treat it as a running stroller.

Car seat and stroller combo, from $20/day

Best when you are renting a car with an infant and want both pieces in one booking. Confirm which car seat and which stroller are included, whether they fit together, and whether the seat can be installed in your vehicle. The seat guide is car seat rental in Aruba.

Full-size single stroller, from $22/day

Best for longer sightseeing days and toddlers who still nap in the seat. You may get more recline, a larger canopy and more storage. Check the folded size if the stroller has to go in a taxi or a compact car.

Double and quad strollers

Twins or two young children can share one frame. Example double-stroller listings started at about $25 per day.

Double stroller, from $25/day

Seats may be side by side or one behind the other. Check both age and weight limits, and the width, before you book it for shops and narrow walkways.

Lightweight double, from $25/day

The same two-child job with less bulk. Compare total weight, folded size, each seat's limit and whether either seat reclines.

Quad stroller, from $30/day

Built for four young children. It is larger and heavier than a normal stroller. Confirm each seat limit, the overall size, whether it fits your accommodation, and how you will move it. A quad is a poor surprise at a walk-up hotel entrance.

Stroller wagons and beach wagons

Not every wagon is allowed to carry a child. Read the product's intended use before you book.

Stroller wagon, from $20/day

A child-rated wagon may add seating and room for bags. Check the harness, how many children it is rated for, and the age and weight limits. Firm paths are realistic. Loose sand can still stop it.

Outdoor wagon, from $6/day

This is for towels, toys and supplies. Do not put a child in an ordinary utility wagon unless the manufacturer says passengers are allowed.

Beach wagon, check the listing

Meant for beach gear. How it rolls depends on the wheels and the load. Wider wheels can help. Confirm the current price. We did not lock a starting rate for this category.

Accessories

AccessoryPrice fromUseful for
Stroller fan$2/dayExtra airflow on a walk
Rain cover$2/dayA short shower
Clip-on sound machine$3/dayA familiar nap sound
Stroller attachments$2/dayOrganizers or cup holders, if they fit your model

A fan does not replace shade, water or a break from the midday sun. Mount it so a child cannot reach the blades. A rain cover needs airflow. Follow the cover instructions so the seat does not overheat. Keep a sound machine at a safe distance and at a modest volume.

Accessory stock and compatibility depend on the listing.

Strollers on Aruba's beaches

Paths and resort sidewalks are where a stroller earns its place. Ordinary wheels dig into loose sand.

Palm Beach has resorts, shops and paved walks, so a lightweight or full-size stroller is practical until you step onto the sand. Carry a younger baby from there, or use a carrier.

Eagle Beach is wide and soft. Use the stroller to reach the access path, not to cross the beach.

Baby Beach is a sheltered lagoon that families like. Plan the walk from parking to your spot. Firm ground may work. The sand may not.

Some beach wagons have wider wheels. Performance still depends on the model, the load and the sand that day. If the beach is the main reason you are renting, read the wheel description before you book. More beach planning is on best beaches in Aruba.

Delivery and what to inspect

Providers may deliver to hotels, resorts, condos and vacation rentals. Confirm the address, the dates, whether the hotel accepts a delivery, whether someone must be there, any fee, and what happens if your flight slips. A hotel drop-off is not an airport stroller. Ask if you need the seat at the terminal. Do not assume an airport handover.

  • Age and weight limits for your child.
  • Harness and brake, working when it arrives.
  • Recline, if a younger child will nap in it.
  • Folded size versus your car.
  • Canopy for shade. It does not replace sun protection.
  • Missing or damaged parts, reported before you use it.
  1. Open the BabyQuip listings for Aruba.
  2. Pick the type, then read that model's limits.
  3. Enter your dates and the accommodation address.
  4. Read the full price and the delivery note.
  5. Confirm with the provider.

The rest of the gear, including cribs and car seats, is on the baby gear rentals hub.

Can you rent a double stroller or a twin setup?

Can you rent a stroller wagon?

Yes. Example stroller-wagon listings started around $20 a day. Confirm the model is rated to carry children.

Can you rent a beach wagon?

Beach and outdoor wagons may be listed. Outdoor utility wagons in the examples started around $6 a day. The beach-wagon starting price was not confirmed. Check the listing, and do not carry a child unless the product allows it.

Can you rent a quad stroller?

Example listings started around $30 a day. Plan for the size, the weight and each seat limit.

Can BabyQuip deliver to a hotel?

They work on paved paths. Most ordinary wheels fail in loose sand. A beach wagon may carry gear if its wheels suit the sand.

Should I bring my own stroller?

Bring it if you need it in airports or your child wants that exact seat. Rent when you would rather not fly with the bulk.

Can I rent fans, rain covers and sound machines?

Example listings showed fans and rain covers from about $2 a day, clip-on sound machines from about $3, and some attachments from about $2. Check that the piece fits your stroller.
