When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

You agree not to use ArubaBuddies to post or transmit any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, misleading, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise violates any law.
ArubaBuddies is not responsible for any user’s action or inaction. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents occurring during an event or activity found on our platform. We are also not responsible for any incorrect information displayed on a non-verified account.
We reserve the right to decide whether Content or if a User’s action is appropriate and complies with these Terms and Conditions for violations other than copyright infringement. ArubaBuddies may terminate a User’s access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

ArubaBuddies reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or changes.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Aruba. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Aruba.
